The people that work here and answer the phone have no professionalism whatsoever. You can't even ask them a simple question without them being condescending and responding with an unnecessary attitude. If you're miserable and can't talk to your clients with respect maybe you shouldn't be working with the general public, it's as simple as that.
I saw another review with bad character from this company and i see that now. My mom wanted to cancel her auto insurance she got asked to bring her dmv paper to confirm,turns out lady who did her insurance wasnt there she then left the paper for her to do. A couple days after my mom called to confirm it was cancelled and got told very rudely" if you left the receipt from the dmv it should get done once the lady is here. i dont understand why you're calling" she then tried to call today and the lady who did the auto insurance... read more
