Prompt Service & Very Professional – As a out-of-state property owner, it's sometimes challenging to find quality service from so far away. I originally called a different plumbing service (A*e Plumbing) but they failed to show up on their scheduled appointment date. We're not talking they were late - they just never showed up and never returned my call! Guaranteed Plumbing Inc was TERRIFIC!!!! – After calling several other companies, I called them with some plumbing issues the guy quoted me a price and is was very reasonable compared to the other places I called. They were very polite and on time. I will definitely use them again!!! I highly recommend them.

Excellent service at a good price – These guys gave me an estimate over the phone and stuck to it. I had a water heater problem and the came in, found out what was wrong with it and fixed it very quickly and professionally. I had other plumbers tell me I needed a new water heater but I questioned them because my water heater was only a little over 2 years old. Thank you to Guaranteed Plumbing for your honesty and talent.

Misleading quotation – Jason told me on the phone that he charges $95 per hour for labor - he never mentioned that this includes driving time to and from my house! His office is 30 min from my house so for 1 hour worth of work, he charged me 2 hours of labor! He claims that he had informed me beforehand - what he said when I told him about my problem was that because he was a half hour away, he would not be able to come until late morning.
