They never answer calls, I had my kid with allergies and asthma and I tried to schedule and appointment for 2 days and also we left a voice mail and they never call back at this point we are looking for a different pediatrician.
The staff is very incompetent. You will notice this by the high turnover rate they have. They are rude, do not follow HIPPA laws/rights and they are too lazy to even answer their phones. Oh yea, and they will forget to send your prescription leaving you waiting a whole 24 hours for your medication. What a nightmare.
Dr gomez is great! The staff in the other hand is not good, they NEVER answer the phone and they dont have appointments available when you need them unfortunately i had to switch doctor because of this.

The office is always behind i’m always having to wait 30+ minutes for an appointment! Today I was waiting for an HOUR for my appt standing because there were no seats from how backed up they were. Clearly there’s a scheduling issue going on here, Receptionist said it was bc “I didn’t fill out my forms” they had everyone backed up waiting for a long period already but tried to blame me. Love dr gomez but hate coming to these appointments because of this.
