The shop is nice and they have a decent variety of gifts, but the day my daughter and I went in no one greeted us and the lady that checked us out barely even talked to us. They could use a little training in the customer service area.
I called this business at 10:00 am for a last minute request for silk flowers for a 2:00 pm funeral that day. I was assisted by a very helpful associate who sent me some beautiful pictures of wreaths in my price range, took my order and by the time I made it to the services, my flowers were there. The wreath was more beautiful in person than the pictures and the family ended up taking them home with them. Thank you so much for your help and fast response. I live out of state and ordered flowers last minute for my mother in law. They went above and beyond and delivered a gift card from a neighboring restaurant with the beautiful flowers! Thank you!
I love this place. They know me now and they have always "gotten me right" with suggested selections.....They are kind, nice, and very funny.......I really enjoy doing business with them. Money well spent...
