When I was renting an apartment in this building, my wife hung a bird feeder outside the window. When I was at home, I saw someone trying to break it with a stick. I opened the window and saw the man who had shown us the apartment and was doing repairs in the building. He said that the bird feeder was attracting birds and needed to be removed.
