Very poor communication skills, was told by two different employees that our application was the only one in for a specific house. Was told “no one’s going to take it from you.” Call again the next day and now they have approved it for someone else.
Tessa and Jessica were amazing! Our move was a sudden military move and we needed to sell our house. Tessa was great, and our house was sold within a week! Our situation was unique and both of these ladies handled everything beautifully! Will recommend 10/10!
