Attempted to verify that my shih Tzu is registered! Website indicated account has been set up attempted to retrieve my password on my email.... Not valid email!!!! No one answers the phone this is crazy.... What kind of company is this.... These are our babies what if I had lost my dog I will notify my veterinarian this company is bogus shame on you.... The number they leave for you to verify registration no one answers you get a message voicemail not set up unbelievable again shame on you! Karma is a tricky thing!!!!
I have recently lost a beloved dog. I contacted 911PetChip & PetKey and in minutes they had a flyer ready for me to download and had contacted all the shelters and veterinarians in my area to put the word out. I'm still waiting and hoping for a good outcome. And with their help they have made it possible. Thank you 911PetChip & PetKey for all your help!!
I used an EMF reading tool on my dog and it went off in extremely high warning levels. Whether it is the pet chip or not, I want them to deactivate the device, but they won't return your call plus the registration department will not tell you who owns the device. My dog was a rescue and came chipped, I would never have chosen to insert a foreign device made out of God knows what emitting anything into my baby!Word to the wise- stay away!
