Had my tankless water heater repaired recently, and overall, I’m quite happy with the service. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the issue clearly. They got it up and running again without any hassle. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a slight delay in arrival, but everything else went smoothly. Appreciate the quality work and would definitely consider using 911 Water Heater again.
