Had my water heater repaired recently, and overall, I’m satisfied with the service. The technician was professional, arrived on time, and got the job done efficiently. The heater is working well now, and the pricing was fair. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would have appreciated a bit more communication about the repair process. Otherwise, great service, and I’d use 911 Water Heater again!

Technician was awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest and didn’t try to talk me into work that didn’t need to be done, like replacing my old, but still working, water heater. He addressed our leak and fixed the issue quickly. I will definitely call 911 Water Heater in the future.
