I brought my sick laptop in. Frank diagnosed, cleaned and improved/updated things. He made great suggestions. Frank is very careful, conscientious and knowledgeable. He took me thru every step that he was doing to cleanup. It's great having caring and careful people when you entrust your data/computer to them. I would recommend Frank at 911computer to anyone.
I dropped off my daughters iPhone 6 with a badly cracked screen and possibly some damaged internals. Frank quoted me a price of $85. True to his word he had the phone fixed and looking brand new with a couple hours. I was very pleased and I will be back if needed. Honestly, I thought it would have cost me a lot more. So thank you!!!!
