Absolutely a terrible company!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!!! My daughter has had to take her phone back three times because of her phone still not working. The first time she brought it home the screen was all crooked, and an internal screw was just hanging out from not being repaired correctly. She just got her phone back two weeks ago (again) and on Wednesday when she woke up it was black screened. I had an excellent experience today bringing my iPhone in to get the cracked screen fixed. Dropped my phone off, and within a hour my phone was as good as new. I called around for pricing and they have everyone beat. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend 911 Tech Repair!
I have the Motorola Turbo XT1254. 1st time ever, I cracked my screen. Called around and was even referred here by 2 other sources, 1 being my carrier. Spoke to Frank, got a price, ordered the screen and got it in in 2 days. Awesome. Only 2 small things that bothered me: 1). When he put the screen protector on he may have gotten his fingers on the adhesive so now it doesn't"suck" 100% on the bottom- not a big deal. 2).
