My mom and dad needed some help with their stove. These guys were wonderfully courteous and fixed the issue quickly and were very reasonably priced!! The young lady on the phone was kind and empathetic!! LOVE this service and will never hesitate to call them again!!
This is the second time I have used this Incredible Company. As soon as I called, they sent Brandon Eney. He diagnosed and Fixed my Samsung dryer and it runs like new! He followed up all day with his office to make sure a difficult part was coming in, ran back to the office, came over late and fixed it... as he was leaving he said, “I just want you happy.” AMAZING Service! Asked Facebook for recommendations for appliance repairs about a year ago. 911 was mentioned very often so I went with them. So glad I did ! Used them again a few months ago for my washing machine. They were excellent as usual. Professional, courteous and Brandon explained everything to me so even I could understand it ! If another problem comes up, I certainly know who I will call——
