Terrance is a nice guy and behaved very professionally, but cannot be trusted for fix a roof. I gave him $1200 and a $100 tip, but my roof is leaking worse than ever. He kept saying he would fix it, but never came back. Now I'm out $1300 and have to hire someone else. Stay away from 911 roofing and do not hire this guy!
Terrence took over the business after Gene died. Came out to fix leak and took the money. Roof still leaks and they will not return phone calls or texts. Do not do business with!
Did not end up hiring, but Terrence was very responsive, gave a thoughtful inspection, and gave a few repair options and a fair price.
Very prompt with coming out for quotes, estimates, and repairs. Cannot highly rank the company and employees enough. A+ around the board.
These guys are the best! Gene, Terrance and Edward. Prompt, professional, thorough, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!!
