Flooded house is never a nice sight, especially when returning home after 3 days away. Luckily my neighbor was there and recommended 911 Restoration to handle this mess. Terry and his crew arrived quickly, and were super professional and courteous with handling my property and belongings. They extracted all water from the carpets and wood floors, and were able to save them. The drying took about 3 days, and was as smooth as it can be, considering the situation. Great job 911 Restoration!

Our tub leaked and we had some mold in the ceiling below. We called 911 restoration to see if we needed to do any remediation. We got an appointment in the time frame we needed. The Project Manager came to insect the issue, measured moisture levels and let us know we wouldn't need to pay them to mitigate. He recommended we remove the wet sheet rock and insulation ASAP and just let it dry out and we'd be fine. We got lucky because the leak wasn't extensive or long hidden. From intital phone call to inquire to having one of their awesome Representatives come put amd give us an estimate we had a most wonderful experience. Tomer actually arrived early and was kind and made sure to address all questions and check all areas of concern.

Water pipes burst in my apartment and caused a flood. Fortunately, I was home at the time and called 911 Restoration San Francisco to come help me. They came and took care of the problem quickly and at a price I was really pleased with. Recommended
