No one likes to have their time wasted. But that’s what this company did to me today. They were a no-call, no-show. I called the office several hours later to see if there was a chance they would still come and was told the project manager would return my call in 10 minutes. That was an hour ago. Don’t bother with this company unless you’ve got time to waste.

Scott Pulliam and his team at 911 Restoration of Mississippi did a great job taking care of my 91 year old Mother after her water heater burst in her attic a couple of months ago. His quick response was crucial in allowing my Mom to be able to stay in her home during the restoration and repairs. This company was a one stop shop. I want to thank Marcellus, Odom, Corey, Chris and especially Meagon for their professionalism and care for us in the recent damage to our home c in which they were in charge of repairing. I had mold in my vanity area in the bathroom. I didn’t know that until I called and they sent Marcell Williams to inspect it. He removed the situation and the nasty smell all gone in no time.
