At the end, I feel like all the work was quality and looks great. Some of it moved a little slow maybe. BUT I feel like they weren't all that careful with my stuff. Some dinged doors and busted furniture...So if you have a piece of furniture you really love, move it yourself.
I recently reviewed 911 restoration and gave them two stars. We had had water damage previously and our insurance company recommended them to do the work. We had a great experience with everyone that was in our house. For the most part I was extremely happy with the job they did however there were issues with the way the floors were laid. I was frustrated that after a couple of years in every room the floors were coming up and various other issues. I honestly meant to leave this review two years ago when the work was completed, but now knowing what I know now I am glad I didn’t. To start, the owner is fantastic, very attentive and any time I had an issue was quick to respond. We did have an issue with the project manager that dropped the ball on a number of issues and had horrible communication which ended up costing us another month of living in a construction zone.
