Recommended by a co-worker. it started off smooth with a quick appointment but turned into micromanaging the dry out and re-build. Quote process was not efficient with my insurance company, completion date was pushed out multiple times, re-arranged our schedules to work from home, crew they hired did not clean up properly after each day and even the end result is not 100%.
