We experienced a faulty plumbing valve leading from our sump pump whilst at a cottage 3+ hours away on a weekend. Needless today it was a rush trip back to Toronto with all the stress of waiting to see the amount damage that occurred. When we called them after unexpected flooding in our office over a weekend these guys were amazing. Our call was answered immediately and they arrived within a few hours. By late afternoon all of the water was gone and cleanup was finished. When we came in the following morning you would have never known the disaster that we had walked into the day before. Within a few days the damage was repaired and everything looked even better than before! Thank you so much for being awesome!

I came home after a weekend away and noticed that my basement floor was wet, my carpet and under pad was entirely soaked and smelled horrible. I arrived home around 11 at night, I gave Mike a call (the manager of 911 Restoration of Durham) and he and his crew came out within an hour. These guys are great, I was worried that because of the time at night I was going to be helpless, but Mike sent guys out right way and they had everything dried out and restored within a few days. After a great evening with friends, we woke up in the morning to a burst pipe downstairs and we called Mike Porco from Oshawa Restoration. His service was quick and very professional. He and his team worked well to minimize the damage and clean up. He helped with negotiating with insurance company to ensure everything damaged was replaced properly.
