Our sump pump failed and our basement was under 3 inches of water. Called one restoration comp., they said they would be there in the late afternoon. Mind you this flood occurred at 11 am and wasnt going to stop. I called 911 restoration and they were they within the hour. Doug, Mike and Tory arrived, very professional, and very calm considering the situation. That made my wife very calm as well. These guys were nothing short of FANTASTIC for over a 4 day period. The owner is a great guy, with an extremely hard working crew that will finish the job quick and correctly. Highly recommend 911 restoration!

911 Restoration is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with! Their work is excellent and service to match They are readily available by phone and very courteous If they don't answer immediately they return calls promptly. I highly recommend them

Carmen, Jeff, Don, Sean, Phil, and the rest of this team are truly professional in their restoration work. They are efficient, courteous, and thorough, taking the time to explain what they're doing and why. I've had two water damage situations in the past year and their work has been phenomenal each time! Call them first should you need help with water or fire damage!
