Amazing!! Incredible customer service!! I was in a real emergency situation tonight when my son was playing with my keys he locked himself inside it. My neighbor knew who just to call, 911 lock&key came to the rescue. I was in tears but knowing they were on their way calmed me down. They left everything that they were doing and saved my baby! Made it to my home which is a good 25/30 miles within an hour and had my key made in 20 minutes. Awesome service!

So so so helpful. Seriously. I had the worst day yesterday and to top it all off, I locked my keys in my trunk, with absolutely no way to get into it without the actually car key. I searched and searched for help and Shaun and Jimmy seemed to be the only people who cared enough to fit me into their already busy schedule to come and help me. Amazing business!!! Family owned with genuine care for customers! Rapid response on either side of the river!!
I needed a key made for my door and after Shaun suggesting times to work around my schedule, we decided on him just coming to my job and having him create my key. He came in, took my keys, and I swear he was back within ten minutes. Great service and the price was WONDERFUL. I'll definitely be getting more keys made. Thank you :)
