Steve came out to our house Sunday even. he was so polite and amazing. he was in and out quickly. diagnosed the issue fixed it and he was gone. no extra charge for coming out on the weekend or for an emergency. this place is highly recommened. 5 stars in our book plus we support a smaller business... thank you so much.

I called 911 H/AC in April in desperation and not only did they come right away but stayed until my problem was fixed. All this for a surprisingly low amount. I will only use them in the future should the need arrive. Steve is a great guy to depend on!

After 10 years in our home...the last 5 of which wanting to install central A/C, we finally bit the bullet and Steve and his team made it real easy! Professional, great communication, answered all our questions, prompt, courteous and clean!! We have a brand new system, installed beautifully, with all the right specs and it is just terrific!! I would highly recommend 911 heating and air !!!

911 Heating and Air are awesome! They are always on time for a service call. Kim is helpful in the office with scheduling and emails. Steve does a great job of not only servicing our home twice a year but also explaining any problems or future needs for repairs or replacement. That's for outstanding service and pricing!
