Having been in Customer Service for over 25 years, I'm always cautious when receiving service, but Lane from 911 Heating & Air Grandview put me at ease right away. Lane performed the maintenance and thoughtfully pointed out ways to make our system more efficient. He never pressured me at any point and completed all services in a timely manner. I purchased my home new. This company installed the hvac unit. Every season going from heat to air the unit never work always diagnosed as a leak. Patch work and now the unit is out of warranty because the warranty company goes by when unit was purchased. Unit purchased in 2017 but installed in a brand new home built in 2018. Every thec that has looked at the system mentions poor install quality. I would not recommend this company.
