I also ordered products and am still trying to get them to ship my stuff. 911-gear is less than a 1 hour drive from my house. There is no reason for these delays.

I have purchased the 5th Gen Duty Bag online and at first I never received the bag even though they said it was delivered. So I contacted them regarding this issue and finally after 7 weeks I received my replacement bag. I opened the box and found out I received a used and broken bag. The bag has stains, animal hair all over it and its missing buckles. This is absolutely ridiculous, I paid over $120 I expected a lot more quality from this company. I don’t recommend shopping at this store.

I purchased a pair of their tactical suspenders around the beginning of 2018 to do an evaluation on them for possible use by my department. This is the second time I am submitting this review for these suspenders. My first one was not published on the company website. Apparently, this company does not allow honest feedback nor does it honor its obligation to give consumers the ability to point out issues with their purchases. My self and 2 other team members took time from our work to go to this store, which I might add was a long drive. It was 1pm in the day. When we arrived, there was another law enforcement guy there. The store was closed, their phone kept going to voicemail. My self and my co workers waited for 30min for them to open up. The other guy waited also. No one showed up. It was a waste of time! Thank you 911 gear. They're service was very quick and promptly replied with all my questions and answer. Theyre products are good quality and solid in comparison to other security/ enforcement shops. Item delivered within less than a week. If you going into law enforcement like myself or security. Definitely get the items from this shop. Solid quality.
