Very responsive and got the job done quickly, professionally, and was particularly good at communicating with me when there was a one-day delay due to flooding at the factory where he got the door I wanted. Standard size, 2” insulted metal door with a choice of window cut-outs. And, saved some money by paying with a check instead of credit card. Like that!
Orlando recently replaced all three of my old liftmaster chain drive garage door openers with Chamberlain belt drive units and did an excellent job. Very quiet compared to the chain drive and he took the time to help set up the keypad/link the units in my app. Thank you!
