Very reliable company. Orlando returned my call the same day I called him. He came out to my home and immediately diagnosed the issue with my 20+ year old garage door opener. He made recommendations and I ultimately agreed to have my opener replaced. He quoted me a fair price and scheduled a date and time that was conducive to my schedule. Search no further folks, and forget those services that appear to be “local”, Orlando is your man. We chose 911 based on all the positive reviews and they are correct. Fair, honest and expedient service. In our case, three hours between our phone call and the completed repairs, and it wasn’t a small repair either. Excellent workmanship too. Our garage door is not young, but now it’s as good as new!
