This is a great company to work with! They are dependable and honest. I used them years ago for a fence. Then after a hail storm this spring, I called them immediately. Again, they did an outstanding job for me.

After a recent hail storm, a lot of roofers called on us offering a free inspection and what they said would be a good price. I was fortunate I had already chosen who I would use to redo my roof more than a year ahead of time. Ash ******* was referred to me by a friend and Ash drove all the way from Irving the same day I called. 911 Exteriors did an exceptional job. They were extremely professional and never made me as if I were on the receiving end of being "sold" a bill of goods. The job was done in a timely manner, and I could not have been more pleased with the results. I have a beautiful new roof, it was absolutely painless on my end, and I have Ash A****** and his wonderful team to thank for it! I would highly recommend using 911 Exteriors to anyone with roofing needs.

My roofing was past due for replacement; literally, my house was built in 2003, but never had the roof replaced before. On March 22, 2021, we had a hailstorm in Rowlett, and unfortunately, water was just pouring into the house. Gorgeous new 8 foot fence. Creative step down across the front and beautiful trim across the top. Expert workmanship and top grade cedar. Pressure treated lumber below the cedar to keep the cedar above ground level. High quality stain. Very reasonably priced. Completely satisfied! Love our new fence.

This company did try to help and failed. Ash and his team wanted us to get a loan we did not wanted. We declined his service and hired another team. Ash and his team filed a lien against our home. And claiming he fixed our roof and our garage which he did not fixed or did any repairs to our home. He is a lie and does NOT care about his customers needs. Now we have to take this to court to his false statements and claims that he did any type of repairs which he did NoT.
