My husband went in here for a Covid test. He filled out their form. He checked the box that He needed to be tested for public health/ travel.The lady asked him if he had insurance he said yes but he would be paying cash. She said he still should fill in his insurance information and he could possibly get reimbursed. He did. he paid cash got his results and left. Went for a fingerprint card since the police stations don’t do them anymore. Great service would recommend. They charged me 20$ to do the prints if you were wondering.
