Word of mouth is usually the best advertisement. To know that an establishment went above and beyond expectation so much so, that someone tells another about it. This is that establishment! Very honest! Does not charge an arm and a leg! Very informative! Ben was great! Even went out of his way to show me the problem and his solution, instead of just expecting me to take him at his word! He more than earned my business! And I'll be telling everyone!
Thanksgiving day emergency! Shop closed. Ben went out of his way & met us at his shop. My family & I we're traveling back home; 7 hrs away. . He scanned our car to rule out any major issues.. thankfully, it was just a battery issue. Ben was so kind & helpful! Very much appreciated! 🙏
Ben is the most awesome mechanic I’ve ever met every time I come in here is always very professional very polite. I brought him a Ford focus station wagon that is a pain in the butt to work on and he always seems to get the problems fixed. This is probably one of my favorite auto mechanic shops of all time to come into. He has helped me out a bunch and if there was ever a time to help him out in a heartbeat this mechanic shop goes above and beyond. And they do not Break the bank

911 Auto Ben! Wow. My situation could not have been any more unique. Stranded on my golfcart at 12 midnight with my 2 dogs on a trail at Springfield lake. I called 911 Auto and Ben the owner answered on the first ring and was at my aid in less than 30 minutes! I have roadside assistance through my phone provider and have used it many times and it takes longer to file the claim than it took him to arrive in the middle of a Thursday night. Thanks again 911 Auto Emergency Rescued!
