Felipe had my a/c unit repaired in 15 minutes after an electrical short downed it for four days. He put an electrical saver on the fuse! Previously, my landlord had tried to fix it himself before calling Goettl. Goettl told me that the motherboard, motor, and capacitor were all fried. Wow! Rescue Home Improvements and HVAC we're outstanding! Responsive, friendly and did a super job getting our system back up and running. We had another contractor that no showed us and never called, so we were thrilled with how fast Felipe was in restoring our system! Highly, highly recommend! Update: our HVAC ended up needing to be replaced and Felipe picked up the unit a week earlier than it was going to be ready and installed it that day! They have been wonderful to work and the best customer service in Tucson! Exceeded... read more
