Staff is highly unprofessional + predatory and inconsistent towing + what’s stated in the lease is not followed + building smells like smoke and there are constantly issues with the water as well as the heating and cooling!
Very pretty Apartments. Nina C. was apart of the leasing staff and she was wonderful and sweet. Gave me a tour in three different units and was very patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend moving here. Units were cleaned and renovated and even the classic units were decent and has a lot of space, worth the price.
For the person that is touring right now, there is crime around the area. I had my car broken into. Once on the street and the other in the parking lot.
My son stays here and have not had heat for 2 years! He has talked to them many times but they have not rectified the situation. They just give him heaters! This has caused his electric bill to get to over $400 a month for a 1 bedroom on top of trying to keep up with other bills it is not working for him. Now he has to move and there has been no compassion for him having to put up with all of this and on top of that he keeps getting sick because his apartment is soo cold! I helped move my father into this apartment complex in KC & we’ve had a smooth and great transition in doing so. Nina, the leasing agent, helped us with everything & she went above & beyond for my father & I. Great price, great location, & the best staff! Just ask for Nina! :)
