We recently moved into 91 Sidney and have had a great experience so far. I especially want to highlight Brendan Striebe in the leasing office, who was incredibly helpful, communicative, and responsive throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all of our questions, helped us work through the details, and was always professional and easy to work with. Brendan made the leasing and move-in process as smooth as possible, and we really appreciated all of his help. Overall, a great experience!
SANDRO G. & BRIAN N. & LEE T. provide by far the best service at 91 Sidney. They are reliable, responsive, and always willing to come help when there is an apartment issue. They take the time to address problems and make sure everything gets taken care of properly. Great team and truly great service!
I moved into 91 Sidney in May and have very much enjoyed the high quality of my 1BR unit as well as the very nice common areas (love the gated courtyard with BBQ and the park in front of the building). In addition, the neighborhood is very walkable and secure bike storage is available. Lee has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, from the initial tour, deciding on a unit, and during the move-in process - he was very responsive to all my many questions.
