My daughter went there today with her grandmother. While they look cute, they are different lengths and the guy was there alone. He was rude and rough with her - pulled scrunchies off her wrist saying they were annoying. She also felt it wasn't clean - everything was covered in dust and appeared dirty. She never saw him clean his equipment but otherwise just dusted her hands off. Update: I dropped my start to a 1 and would make it less if I could. Absolutely love this place the guy there is so nice to me and makes good small talk very talented and I’m always pleased and always love their work. I’ve never been disappointed
