This is about as ghetto of “Luxury Living” as you can get downtown. Enjoy the broken AC in the halls, the trash on floors, broken elevators, no security, dog shit everywhere, broken lighting, cabinets falling apart, stale smoke smell and needles on the roof. This has been quite the experience having left Commerce, and I don’t mean in a good way. 2 stars because the unit is large and cheap.
