I just moved in and I’m really happy with my choice. Amber has been absolutely amazing during the process. I love how detailed she is when answering questions and explaining the process for moving in. I also love how she makes things feel more personalized, my welcome home packet had my name and also my dog's name and she also left notes, like explaining how to use the garage tag. The building is so pretty inside and outside. It’s also so quiet here, which is a huge upside for me.
Luxury homes in the Heart of the City. We moved into 909 Walnut in 2024 and have loved living just a few steps away from everything. The Street car is one block away. Power and Light, the T-Mobile center and River Market are 4 blocks away. We pay additional for secure parking in a garage attached to the building. Every apartment is furnished with Modern stainless steel appliances and Luxury Finishes. Amber and Meghan were so communicative and understanding while I did the application process from another state during the holidays. I am loving my new home and am so appreciate of their client-first mindset!
We have been at 909 for almost two years. Recently, we needed to change units in the middle of our lease. Amber was super helpful, patient, communicative and worked with us while we were transferring units. It went as well as smoothly has it could have, which is impressive because our transfer situation was not just a standard transfer. Thanks for reading.
