I just moved in and Amber Hagler was a huge help to me from the beginning. She was very warm, welcoming, and helpful during the touring process and has been just as wonderful during the move-in saga. The apartment is beautiful, amazing location, and the staff are lovely.

Lived here for 14 months, lease just ended. Firstly want to say that Amber is incredible, super personable and seems to know every single tenants name, she truly cares about the experience of the residents living at 909 and does everything she can to ensure it’s great. Maintenance was quick every time from simple issues like light bulbs and water filters to bigger ones like getting me a new washer and dryer set. Walls are super thick so neighbor noise isn’t an issue, the rooftop is a cool vibe with a provided chef every Sund... read more

Living here is great in terms of apartments and amenities, but they really gouge you when it comes to family and friends visiting. If a friend is coming over and you get them a day pass, it’s $5—otherwise, they’ll be paying up to $18, with the price climbing the longer their car is parked. The $5 pass is only good for one exit, so if you have family in town, their best bet is to park once and stay put. If you think you’ll need to use their car, be ready to fork out for multiple passes, because each one is for a single exit, ... read more

909 Walnut has recently added a new parking garage system that doesn’t allow for visitors or guest without a charge when residents are paying $95 for parking. Although I appreciate that the garage is locked down to the public this has made it challenging to even have a friend over. I also understand that they could park somewhere else in the city but where we are located there is limited to no street parking which leaves guests no option but to pay a fee for visiting residents. Another problem I’ve been having is my packages... read more
