Super honest good people that go above and beyond always for their clients. I had my AC stop working on me in one of the hottest days of the year (it felt) and within hours they were on sight and got it fixed, I left them a key and trusted them to get the job done when I was at work. I wouldn't trust any other team to service my home the way I trust them. Had a very unpleasant experience with Omar. Signed up for maintenance contract thinking that it will save money in the long run. Big mistake. In one situation his repair quote was twice as much as what another person completed the job for, on another situation the maintenance work was highly doubtful as the unit was not switched on after the service.
When my air conditioner stopped working during the heat wave, at 8 months pregnant I was in a panic my baby would arrive before the air. Omar came and saved the day after being told by another company replacing the whole expensive unit was my only option. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the part quickly that brought my air conditioner back to life. I am so grateful for his knowledge and skills !
