I can’t express enough gratitude to the team at 904 Dental Care. I came in today following a car accident that affected my teeth, and they were incredibly accommodating and gracious. The doc and Lindsay, the assistant, were both consummate and, most importantly, they kept me calm during a very difficult situation. The whole staff from the front desk being Ms.K, dental assistant Jennifer, to Dr. Dhaval Shah all of was very informative about the entire process from start to finish. Ms. K helped me with the sunbit, Jennifer explained what was going on and how to take care of the area . Lastly can't forget Dr. Shah he simply Excellent! How he was kind, patience, and really made sure I knew everything that was happening. Also amazing waiting area as well. There is no need to go anywhere else but 904 Dental Care.
Went in for a consult for my wisdom teeth as a new patient and left happier than ever. Miss K greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and got me seen asap! They were able to squeeze me in same day for the removal of 3 wisdom teeth! No sedation and I didn’t feel any pain at all! Dr Shah was awesome. Amazing experience! Dr Shah and Jennifer explained everything perfectly and made my dental emergency easy. Miss K was also great at explaining all the financial aspects. Best dental Office I’ve ever been to!!
Broke a tooth and had to get an emergency extraction and bone graft since it was too broken to salvage. I had an appointment an hour and a half after calling where i met lindsay and dr shaw. These two were absolutely amazing. Im not the biggest fan of dental work but i had absolutely no pain i highly recommend coming here for your dental needs. Unfortunately i do not live in jacksonville but I would gladly come back to them anytime.
