Tried to rent an apartment here for a semester and it was awful. My roommates and I stated from the beginning we wanted a semester lease, and we were sent a lease to sign for 12 months. We called the office several times and no one answered. After several calls and hours later we finally get a response that they will update the lease. The unit we moved into had cockroaches, which was fun, and it was pretty obvious it had minimal cleaning before we moved in. They charge you $70 a month for secure parking but leave the garage door open so anyone can park in your spot or potentially steal things from your car. The garage door being open also allows anyone into the building without a key. The elevator and WIFI have also gone out on multiple occasions. Super spacious! They staff is also really great!
The apartment complex is amazing! It has access to a gym and parking and very close to the physics building. The apartment was very spacious, especially considering how close it is to campus!
