RUNAWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They deserve NEGATIVE STARS! I was lied to about the property manger doing a walk through before I moved in. 1. Walking in the door knob came off. 2. The stove and refrigerator supplied by them didn't work. 3. The Air Conditioning doesn't work. 4. The light in the Master Bedroom & Hallway didn't work. 5. Smoke detector hanging from the wall. 6. If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently moved to Memphis from Houston into River Crest Condos. Before moving in, I repeatedly asked the Asst. Property Manager if the place had been cleaned and if areas around the tubs in both the Master/Guest bedroom had been repaired (major crack/hole around one and missing sealant around the bottom of the tub and around the top of the other) and he (Hayden) claimed the carpet had been cleaned but anything else would need to be reported on the inspection report for repairs. I really enjoyed my time living in Madison 19. I had good neighbors that were respectful. Anytime a maintenance issue arose, the service team at 901 was extremely responsive. From the beginning of my stay I was assisted by Lisa Griffis. She was very helpful and informative every step of the way. She would always make herself available to answer any questions that I may have.
