They have an issue with waste-water (lovely stinky brown with chunks in it) backing up into sinks. It is a building issue, not a tenant-usage issue. We were on vacation for a week and never put waste in our garbage disposal. This is the SECOND TIME in two weeks that this has occurred.
This complex is not well-maintained. There seems to be no sense of pride in management of a clean and comfortable living experience. I'm almost ready to say "slum lord"....
