I underwent surgery last week at 900 N. Michigan and I must say, it surpassed all of my expectations. I was extremely nervous going into it and the friendly staff did an excellent job calming my fears and reassuring me. The docs that I met were also very nice and welcoming. By the end of the day, I felt very relieved to have had such great and attentive care.
My surgical experience was the best a patient could ask for—very attentive, personable, and efficient staff, also very timely. I’ve never had another experience like it sadly. Thanks for everything.
I had a procedure (spinal injections with sedation) at this facility a few days ago and just wanted to write a review that counterbalances the 2 very negative ones on this sight, in order to reassure potential users of the facility that my experience did not at all reflect these negative views. Frankly, it was frightening to read such negative reviews the day before my procedure, without others to provide a more balanced picture. The staff at 900 N Surgery Center was very unprofessional. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. The preoperative phone call should have given some indication fof what I was in for. The nurse did not have any of my information correct, she had my show time for after my surgery was scheduled to take place and she was very rude. Once I arrived at the facility, I had to wait over an 1.5 hours to be seen. Once I had a bed, it took another hour just to get a pillow.
