Pizza is on the small side considering the price. Broccoli soup was good, and the 900 degree mussles were excellent. PIzza was burnt, not charred, burnt. We ordered two pizzas and both were well over half burnt around the crust. I complained to my wife and she said at least our pizza doesn't look like the people sitting behind us.. Had really great lunch at 900 Degrees. Fast service and excellent pizza.
Chef Joe did an amazing job tonight. The caprese salad was fresh and beautifully arranged with a perfect drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette. The seared scallop special with the sundried tomatoes was delicious. The reset of the meal, meatballs, Caesar salad, roasted beet salad, were all great as well. The pork chop special was superb, perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and served with a sauce that I wanted to ask for a spoon to finish what was left. Pizza is pretty good. The service is decent. The portions are respectable (some would say pizza is too small) .. BUT in a coal oven the pizza can only be made in this size due to oven capacity. I would make one recommendation to the owner. Your pizza is over priced. If you dropped your pizza prices down by $1.00 you would have a line out the door.
