Worst Apartment Ever Terrible building full of extremely loud neighbors who spend all day repeatedly stomping, slamming doors, and pounding walls, even late at night or early in the morning. The building staff refuse to cooperate despite my numerous complaints. It sounds like there are earthquakes 24/7 due to the neighbors repeatedly stomping and making noise.
Don’t I think this might be the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. If you are considering renting here, I would avoid at all costs. The area is amazing but there’s so many better places to live. The apartments are cheaply made, so can hear everything your neighbors do. There’s absolutely no noise installation. If something breaks in your apartment; be prepared for maintenance to never fix it. You have the hound them and send repeated emails to Lee to get anything fixed. My tiny shoebox with the view of the world This beautiful landmark building homes my humble apt. The staff is filled with smiles. A commuter's dream because of the close proximity to subways. And two blocks away from the beautiful scenic view, of the Hudson River and New Jersey. My apt, although tiny, have high ceiling windows. I can appreciate the view of the Freedom Tower, the old and modern architecture of the financial district, and bits and pieces of the rest of New York City.
