Y'all, I am actually in tears rn. I used to have long, really strong nails until one of then chipped, and I decided to reinforce them all with acrylic powder. I told the nail tech to minimize shaving to protect it's strength. But, he acted as if my words meant nothing and shaved more than I would've liked. He was extremely condescending, and it was like talking to a brick wall. Sooo bad and unprofessional work they did on my nails and i am not satisfied at all 40$ chatge me for avery tick and uneven short nails that they made for me
