Worst packing for a $1,300 chair delivery. Chair pieces came sticking out of the box and zero thick cushions to buffer any damage during manufacturing and packing. IKEA has a better packaging to protect their $100 furniture while 9to5Sewting doesn't give enough care to ship a thousand dollar chair without damage. I received my $1,300 chair all ba.nged up, clunkcy, tangled in a thin box, paints chipped, and scuffed up chair. Did they send me a used chair?? Their warranty claim for delivery is unacceptably VERY SLOW.

We have been waiting for the replacement chairs for our company for over a month now. We keep getting the run around, we havent gotten a delivery date, they sent us an order number that wasnt even for our company. Totally unreliable and a total disappointment . I would think twice about using this Company. The chairs we have received are all breaking and completely falling apart. The company admitted they needed to replace the chairs and are now completely ignoring our calls and emails when we try to get a status update. TER... read more

Purchased a chair from 9to5 through a Seattle area retailer that no longer exists. According to the sticker on the bottom of the chair, in December 2010! The leather office chair held up great to daily use, but the pneumatic cylinder failed. Short version: 9to5 honored the lifetime warranty and replaced the cylinder under a warranty claim at no cost to me. Nada! I am so impressed how the claim was handled and that the company stood behind their product! Highly recommend!!
