I love 9round, such a great workout in 30 minutes. Kind knowledgeable staff and owners. Clean facility and a great location! I love that its great cardio, core engagement and they always have great music. Go check it out you won't regret it.
I love this gym! If I was to explain each part of the gym to you and why I love it then this would take some time. The staff is friendly, the equipment is awesome, the space throughout the gym feels fulfilling because they have a lot to explore, the windows have an awesome view facing sunset, and the music is good to listen to too.
The exercises are good whole-body workouts. It’s certainly not a lightweight workout. I’ve been going every day for the past few weeks and it’s really great for me. And fun, too!
I love this gym! The workouts are great and change everyday and the staff are so helpful and nice! I felt like I was in a rut at the regular gym and now I am happy to workout again!
Great fast workout and super flexible schedule. Always friendly helpful staff.
