I've been going to Amy since I moved to OR for almost a year now. Her prices are better than any other place. She does a great job on my nails. She takes forever though. However, there's a big miscommunication each time I go in. I request one thing, and a certain color and Amy just does what she wants and charges me extra. Then, she acts as if she doesn't understand. Really bad service. I went for a shellac manicure and shellac removal from my feet. Amy told me it will cost 40. In the middle of the process, she offered me powder instead of shellac. I accepted but asked if it was for the same price, twice. She confirmed me It was twice. She didn’t worked my cuticles and I asked her why, and she told me it was not included. Really?
