I’ve had great experiences when it comes to guns and anything gun related I buy guns from here all the time one of the best shops around! Love the owners I’m friends with all of them in there a great family owned business! As well.
I was on the phone with my cousin today while he was shopping with my brother and he was accused of being an illegal. I definitely regret buying my gun from here and will not do any further business or bring any of my family in. We were going to bring my sister in law and her fiancé in as well to each get their own guns, not anymore. After years of purchasing from 9guns, we will never Ben back. We will gladly take our business elsewhere.
This place is an absolute joke. I brought my cousin in. He was looking for his first firearm the guy at the counter thought I was Mexican and asked if I was illegal. I was super offended. I’m not even Mexican. I am half Cantonese in American. He continued to throw racism jokes at that point my cousin was offended. I will never be back there again. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had went to buy an 22lr Service guy at the counter told me I could not hold it because it was considered a pistol when it had over 16.1 inch barrel then had to make antisemitic gay jokes to me telling me it was gay and I should be careful around my friends with a gay gun like that that was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I am totally upset about the language he used against me then he decided to add antisemitic black jokes that I was not happy with don’t know if I was a person of ... read more
They're always good at 9guns . Very helpful and attentive. Full of great information . They will tell you the truth about guns even if it goes against their personal preferences and bias. They won't lie or pressure you to make a sale .. good prices and selection.. Great place for beginners and pro alike ..
