Great folks ! great store! Customer service is great a gun store that Oxford needs!
Had a rifle purchase from out of state that I needed shipped to an FFL. I chose 9 Forward. Best decision I ever made. All the folks there did an exceptional job getting in touch with the out of state FFL, handling the transfer and basically just being the great bunch of folks they always have been. You guys really went above and beyond the call of duty on this one and I can't tell you how much I appreciate the level of dedication it took. It is great to finally get a gun store around Oxford that I really like. They were very considerate and helpful when I brought my Mom to look at a couple handguns for her. Ammo prices are very fair considering other stores. I always have to stop in and just look around when I'm home!
Horrible service.. Went in asked to get prices for magazines never heard back from them, went in the guy said he couldn't find them... Funny I just got some ordered from Rock city guns in Roxboro... And there prices are sky high... Just another price gouger in my mind..
I have been in a lot of gun shops. Some that sell what you want/need and some that sell what they want you to have. The folks at 9forward really have it together. Customer service is great and the store is neat and clean, not cluttered like so many shops out there. The staff know me by sight and by name and always treat me like a friend. My first encounter with 9forward I was told by Rachel and Jeff. "This is your gun shop, we just run it for you". SOLD on the principle alone.
