The agent, Katie Herman, charged me for photos and there were no photos of my mountain vistas. She tried to convince me to lower my price because, in her words, my home lacked upgrades. I paid to get out of the contract because she did a poor job of representing my home’s strengths.
Inger is always helpful and knowledgeable about anything related to real estate. She has helped us sell and buy 2 homes. And she helped with writing an appeal for our assessed value. Always great to have an expert in your corner.
