These people namely Brian, Jessica & Jon are the most unprofessional, disrespectful people I have ever come across in the realty world. 8Z rented my apartment 4 years by Patti who did a wonderful job. When Patti left the Longmont, rental division went down, down, down. NEVER a return phone call, not one prospect in 2 months, Promises to come see the apartment were never fulfilled. Save your time & money and rent your apartment yourself. It's not rocket science, I really never needed these people anyway.
I recently rented a property from this real estate company, and I have to say that it was a terrible experience. The company never responded to my emails or calls, which made it difficult to communicate with them about any issues or concerns I had. Furthermore, when it came time to return the security deposit, the company withheld an unreasonable amount of money for cleaning.
