I worked with a fabulous realtor named Marietta Zygaj and I couldn't have been more pleased. She delivered what I think was a fairly difficult situation and turned it into a very positive experience. She's totally to be trusted and she understands the neighborhood of compass for sure, but it wouldn't matter what neighborhood she was working with. She's just absolutely a consummate professional. Don't hesitate. Go ahead and put your decisions in her hands and you won't be sorry.

Sarah Piampiano is an absolutely incredible realtor. I’ve done two purchases with her over the past 2 years. She handled my residential patiently and professionally. I’ve ended up in a home that is exactly what I was looking for. I went back to Sarah for an investment real estate purchase, and she handled the legal complexities expertly. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a realtor, and actively do recommend her to all of my friends.

Chris Choate at 8Z real estate has been amazing to work with and landed me in my dream home. Chris is kind, courteous, professional, patient and detail orientated; fantastic qualities anyone would would want in a realtor. It took me a long time to find the prefect property and Chris was patient and easy to work with throughout the entire process. This company is located in a neighborhood and have generally shown very little concern for the individuals who live around their business. Their realtors often park illegally (their cars extending beyond driveways) and, in interactions with their owner around INSANELY loud snow-plowing at 3am, they exhibited no empathy and demonstrated no willingness to have constructive conversations toward compromise.
