Whole-Body Adaptive Cellular Conditioning… CVAC systems device is an excellent protocol to improve whole body system function. Starting with the Lymphatic and Glemphatic systems. Laura and her facility are a great resource for the greater Asheville NC area. Highly recommend. Also full Physical Therapy, Functional Nutrition and Cranial Sacral Therapy. All in one spot with two providers.

I had been having lower back pain, my doctor put me on arthritis medication that did helped some. I went and saw Laura at 8th Element to see if I could benefit from some physical therapy. She noticed right away that my hips were not in alignment. She taught me a few stretches and simple exercises... it didn’t even take a full seven days of doing the stretches once a day for me to be off the medication. I would highly recommend 8th Element and their entire staff of professionals.
After required back surgery, the time in the CVAC relieved pain and inflammation. Regular visits give me energy and help my relieve arthritis pain.
