I had a very good experience with 8M Solar. From the beginning sales cycle to final installation. Everyone was very professional and maintained excellent communications. They laid out a process and initiated the plan according to the schedule. The mark of a good company is not how they perform when everything goes perfectly, but how they respond when things happen beyond their control. Update 4: Some reason the original sales person called me. Apparently I was supposed to already be told the uniqueness of my electric system that I was unaware of. They neglected to tell me because they assumed I knew because I had previous plans from Tesla that Telsa just never scheduled to install, so each circuit breaker is on it's own battery. Update 2: The Operations Manager Sal handled this situation professionally and thoroughly, personally ensuring every thing was properly finished and tested. He did very well at taking control of the situation that others had seriously dropped the ball on. Update: They were scheduled to come Friday 8AM. Nobody showed up so I called at 9am. Got through to the Operations Manager Sal. He seemed genuinely pissed off at how badly his team screwed up and emphasized there will be consequences internally. He actually apologized for their screw up and admitted there's no valid excuse and no defense to the mess ups.
