I went with 8m Solar because they had good pricing and a good product, so I thought. My system has had problems with one of the inverters ever since the installation. My system has been broken almost longer than not. I am now paying for the system that I bought and is only producing half of the energy. The benefits of having solar is slim even when producing 100%, now it's costing me more than it's worth. Our work with 8MSolar on this project was the best experience. From quoting on through the entire process they were communicative, informative, polite, on time, professional and efficient. The only negative part of the entire experience was the delays from the county inspector, which is out of 8MSolar's hands. Now that our system is up and running, it is everything we hoped and now we are just calculating the savings.

They did great work! They handled issues that arose well. The measure of a company is how they respond when things are not perfect. We had issue with inspection and they handled quickly. The price was fair and the system was perfectly sized for our home.
